What do you mean by "it's an italian site"?
In Italy mailing of porn movies is perfectly legal and since the company it's located in Milan you won't have to deal with the inefficiencies that are typical of the Italian Postal service from Rome down south.
So I don't think you will have any problem in receiving the movie, unless you are located outside the EU somewhere where porn is illegal (Iran, China etc...).
