It must be part 1, I have just checked Part 2 which I have in my collection and the scene is not there.

Part 1 must be the rarest porno in the world, despite my best efforts I have not been able to get a copy

Leg Show???? When was this published Maxxx?? Here are some pictures with Deborah from 'Leg Action' October 1993. Are these the pictures you mentioned?
