The Little Oral Annie scene, if it was contemporary, is probably a spliced-in loop, as it would be one of her very first scenes. Or it might have been spliced-in in the mid-1980s.'
Young Head Nurses is indeed Les Suceuses, but there is no Little Oral Annie scene that I could see, having fast-forwarded through the DVD. Much of what's on the Caballero box cover is wrong - the text is incorrect in claiming Little Oral Annie "plays one of a carnally crazed crew of buxom nurses" and the pictures are from another film, but it does state the French origin. On screen, as far as I could see, only the language spoken has been changed. Title and credits are as the original French release. There is no one in the female cast who looks in the least bit like Little Oral Annie. Maybe somthing was spliced in on the Caballero video, but if so they went back to the original for the DVD.

Re: Caballero DVD Young Head Nurses
I generally avoid American productions but given the paucity of decent new stuff coming out of Europe I have bought some older American 'classics' recently. Some annoyingly feature pictures on the box which do not appear in the film.
