ID girl and movie?

Saw a movie a long time ago, an Italian movie from early 90s, I think, maybe late 80s. It's about a teenage girl, her stepmother and her father. The father is played by the bald(shaved head) stocky Italian actor(can't recall his name). But I was wondering what the movie is called, and who plays the teenage daughter in the movie. She's got brown, curly hair.

One of the scenes in the movie is a pool scene with her and the piano(or some other instrument) instructor.

Wow, that must be it. No wonder I haven't found it, it was released in 97, I've been looking for older movies. Thanks for the help, it is much appreciated.
