Could you please tell me whether she appears in a sex role and what exactly she does?

I have similar confusion about the Salieri film "Concetta licata (II) [Concetta contre la mafia]. I clearly(?) recognice her on the cover of the French (Colmax DVD). I do not have the film, am trying to get the Spanish (supposedly better) version.
