It is not early, it is '60's, judging from her look. She was very different in the beginning of her career, when she showed her tits for the scene shot for the french editions of italian movies (stills from the movie "Era lui s? si" first surfaces in the men's magazines of the late '60's). Unless we are shown a significant (and unprobable) rest, that could be just a pic showing a sign of affection or courtesy toward somebody.
That Loren, or other star, made porn and then the proof was destroyed after she become famous, is one of the most old and ridiculous legends circulating in porn. How can one start to trace "under the counter" material? And how can one hope that no copy has been made of the artifacts?
It is possible that she, or everybody else, made porn: but not just because of an insignicant pic or the resurfacing of a stale commonplace.
