Do you mean that you have a copy of a video called Quella superporno di mia figlia? And that this video is the same as Ekstasen, m?dchen und millionen?

I haven't seen Heisse Schnecken and the entry for its Italian title is as a result of information received. Maybe the title Quella superporno di mia figlia has been lifted and put at the front of a different film, but the question is which one is the fake?

Yes, I have a copy of "Ekstasen, m?dchen und millionen", and on head credits is written "Quella superporno di mia figlia".
Film is in italian language.

I don't know which one is the fake but, as you know, often italian titles are fakes.....(I'm an italian guy).

.....and the sense of "Quella superporno di mia figlia" sounds without any relations with plot of "Ekstasen...".

You bet it surely has more connections and coherence with other alternative titles of Heisse Schnecken.
