The film you're probably thinking of is ' The Sarah Young Collection 2' (also sometime known as 'The collection 2' or 'Sarah Young 2').
The scene with Sarah and Christoph Clark in the back of the limousine is the second scene, not the first. The first is Sarah and Richard Lengin (aka Richard Voisin) having sex over the breakfast table before moving into the swimming-pool area.
The female brunette went by the name of Souad Abdul.
The male actor I don't know, but the film credits give the only other male name as Constantin Acatrinei.
Joy Karins also had a part in the film.
