Chateux location in Harry S. Morgan films...

Can anyone name this location?
I know it's in Paris, and I knew the name once but I can't recall it and I REALLY can't be bothered going through all these films looking for the info again if someone here knows it.
It's used in dozens of films doubling as boarding schools, girl's school, stately homes etc. It's got white and yellow fake wood panelling on the walls inside and has a staircase curling up to the left. There's also a huge garden with a swing and lots of trees where the "gardener" usually spies on girls undressing etc.

It was used in Delires Obscene, Teeny Exzesse: Lust - Geschrei im Internat, Supergoren, Junge Fotzen Hart Gedehnt and numerous other Maximum Perversum, Teeny Exzesse and French and German porn videos.

Can anyone name it for me please and give me some info on it? Like who owns it? Do they rent it out for these film, or was it bought especially by Harry Morgan etc.

I've tried to find pictures of the interior for your reference, but you know how it is, when you start looking you can't find them anywhere...
