No Morals is not by Billian, unless he ever shot in Britain. It features performers who have been seen in loops by John Lindsay and/or Lasse Braun (who shot several loops in Britain in the late 70s which were compiled by Mike Hunter into Sex Maniacs and Sin Dreamers). I would guess No Morals was shot by Russell Gay or John Lindsay.
