There's Miss Busen International contest that some German(famous?) presents, 5 girls come on the stage and perform a little show.

The 2nd and 5th look familiar, if anybody can ID these ??

the scene is obviously tacked on,image changes from fullscreen to scope,
from that scene,exteriors and on the the first scene.

Not famous, and more likely Swiss than German.
