Rosl Mayr

While researching another matter, I was astounded to see the number of films Rosl Mayr (1895-1981) had appeared in. Many of these films were hardcore which she made when well in her eighties. I assume that all her appearances were strictly of a non sexual nature? I saw her in a couple of films, all hardcore, where she played a non sex comedy role.

Non-sex, walk-on parts, e.g. in Josefine Mutzenbacher 4, but an outtake from part 2, where she is a customer in Siggi Buchner's butcher's shop while Leila Vigso is 'attending' to him behind the counter.

That is the scene Alec, I'll always remember her for. I assume Herschi means that she did not appear in hardcore action, which is as I thought. She certainly appeared in hardcore films.

There is one softsex film (the title of which I cannot remember) in which Rosl has suggested sex. Josef Moosholzer plays a guy who was trying to enter the bed chamber of a girl he fancied, but accidentally ended up in Rosl's chamber. However, he only realised it the next morning, i.e. Rosl wasn't complaining.

In "Massagesalon der jungen Maedchen" Moosholzer (again) plays a tax inspector who comes to the massage parlour to secretly suss out the place. The proprietors realise in time and switch masseuses - after which he's getting a massage from Rosl.

This is about as sexual as Rosl's parts get.

However, this is Comedy.
The moviegoer should laugh about this old woman at that time.
