Is EGAFD's Orchidea de Santis the same as the one listed on IMDB as the film credit here is not on IMDB and AFAIK she only did softcore work?

I expect so. It's not clear from the information we have whether or not h/c inserts were added to La Nipote, which I'd guess was a soft core film originally. Although Annie Carol Edel (also present) did appear in a hard core film - Secrets d'Adolescentes - a body double was used for h/c scenes.
