They're pretty common nowadays, at least in French productions.
I suspect rather the sending of a domestic political message by certain activist 'sex-workers'.

She goes under the name Venus normally. She used to have perfect large natural breasts and then she had an awful boob joob. The surgeon who did this should have the same done on to him. Why women like Venus (Hana Melonova), Veronica Zemanova, Rumika Power, etc. feel they need to "improve" their already perfect tits I will never know....
