European equivalents

Russ Meyer in the USA, and Harrison Marks in the UK, used to specialise in making adult films mainly featuring very busty women. Were there ever any equivalent directors on the European scene?

The closest may be Erwin C. Dietrich.
He's certainly not exclusively big-bust oriented, but he uses such women more frequently than most of his contemporary directors.

Thank you beutelwolf. I have not seen too many of Dietrich's films. I do remember in the early 70's he used the delightful Swiss adult actress Nadine de Rangot in some of his films. He is still, apparently, still making films. Did he ever do hardcore?
