I believe I have seen this film under its French title Consentantes. I didn't see Nad?ge nor Philippe Arnaud.

Two questions:
1) Do you know the Italian company that made it?
2) What does the Italian title mean?

This film was strange, I remember there were some scenes that were joined. I'll see this movie again.

I think it was a French-Italian coproduction.

The translation of the title:
Will the little girl be able to derange the quiet life of a mature country man?

In "Anaxtasia" Jeanette La Douce plays two different characters (a maid as Jeanette La Douce and a baroness as Natasha)

They aren't in mine either. I suppose Justine could be a French brunette aka Martine Hendrix and Cecile Hemery (from Carpe Diem/Le Majordome, among others). I have never heard of a Marcelle Soleil.

I remember only 3 girls in Riuscir? la Monella a Sconvolgere la Tranquilla Vita di un Maturo Signore di Campagna: Lea Martini, Jade and V?ronique Lefay.

After all I think that French "La monella" version is the exact one. The Arnaud scene is from another unknown movie.
