My company accountant is a Scot and is blunt in saying if Scotland tried to raise its own taxation it would struggle to get past 6 months before going bust. Salmond will get his very effective media machine to eclipse Sturgeon. The UK take more notice of what happens in Parliament than the Welsh Assembly, Holyrood and Belfast. She will find herself out of the spotlight once the election result dies off.
