Yes, Vietnam and Cambodia give the British fantastic exotic holiday locations.
We gave them Gary Glitter.
For me it is mainly about power. Bastards do this kind of stuff if they think they are sure to get away with it. Whether it is Asian men hanging around girls in care whose families have lost interest or people taking advantage of Asian women who would be too scared because of "family honour" issues to report it. Whether it is "celebrities" like Savile, Rolf Harris, Max Clifford etc who feel their fame makes them immune or white Europeans in Asian countries preying on the children of poor families.
A pox on all of them.

But that would be because the vast majority of men in India are Hindu. The Muslims live mostly in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
