As often is the case, Maximilian, you miss the point completely. The report suggests that Nige is:

1. Talking shite about us being swamped by Eastern Europeans e.g Rumanians coming over here and signing on.

2. Talking shite about how immigrants come here merely because we have fantastic out of work benefits.

3. Talking shite about how our out of work benefits are so, so, much better than anywhere else in the EU which is why immigrants come here.

It can't be denied that The Guardian is left-leaning. It also can not be denied that we've been swamped by Eastern Europeans, I agree most work and many do jobs no one else will do, but we've certainly received vastly more than we anticipated. Even the Labour party later admitted they had vastly underestimated the numbers that would come:

The Guardian at the moment( i read it every day) is a lib dem paper,extremely liberal but in no way does it support Labour. In fact i'd say it would rather have Cameron in power than Ed Miliband.
