The last I heard you got ?20k given to you the day you leave, might be more now, and then there's the highly lucrative directorships, consultancy positions and so on, that she'll now get once she starts trading off the contacts she made whilst in office. 1. The Americans have launched airstrikes on Isis and there have been drops of food in the area where the Christians are holding out.

2. This is far more than any support given to the Muslims in Gaza by the West.

3. Many Western countries are still supplying arms to Israel including the UK which has licenced the sale of ?8bn worth of armaments.

As the others have said. The Gazidis and Christians are being helped. And quite rightly too.

Parallels with Palestinians are silly. Palestinians generally oppose a Jewish state and voted in a terrorist organisation that has called for the murder of every Jew on earth. Israel's occupation is wrong. Israel's response to the rocket attacks is wrong - but Israel is not ethnically cleansing Palestine. The Yazidis and Christians in Iraq are not at war with anyone and are being slaughtered because they are not Muslim. They are a real small minority and in danger of being completely wiped out. It IS ethnic cleansing in action.
