Fair point, actually. Although I think Falcao and Cavani are more in the mould of a Torres and Shevchenko type, playing off the shoulder of defenders and they've never really worked at Chelsea. I thought Ba might have done better.

I think there were rumours of Benzema wanting to leave last season and Lewandowski hadn't yet agree terms with Bayern. Maybe two options there.

I do think Costa is tailor made for Chelsea so you might have better luck if you can get him. Downside is that he's 26 in October and apart from this season, has never scored more than 10 goals in a season. He could be a bit of a one season wonder.

What I don't like about Costa is that he's another Suarez in terms of diving, kicking opponents etc. Just a thoroughly dirty bastard. Given how the FA and media already hate Chelsea, I can see him being suspended for more games than he'd be available for :-(

That's a bit rude isn't it? I wouldn't refer to Eto'o as 'nothing'.
