Sunday weigh in time,

Am now 11 stone 11 pounds (70.55 kg) BMI of 23.2 ( in the normal range) And now down to a 32 in waist.
(Start weight 18 stone 4 pounds (116.8 kg) BMI of 35.9 ( in the obese range) and a 44 inch waist.)

Just thought I would do an update on the update.
I have now lost a total of 7 stone and 1 pound and am now 11 st 3 pounds.
