Out of sync audio on xvideo

I see this all the time! It can't just be because I'm watching films on my iPhone. Why do so many xvideos have sound that goes out of sync?
This one for example

is nearly two mins out of sync come the end!
What's causing it and why only some videos?

I've had complaints when Ive upped videos to YouTube from gigs Ive shot that had me rushing to the computer in a cold sweat only to find my vids are in sync

Its a head scratcher for sure

If its that far out of sync it sounds like its caused by some kind of drift where the sound is recorded at 30 fps and the video is 25fps which means ever second that goes by the video is driiting off kilter little bit until it becomes noticeabe

Being vigilant can correct that problem

The weirdest was in video capture where i couldnt work out how sound culd be 30 seconds out of sync to the video if it was recorded at the same time but ok on other clips but the beginning part was missing and the lat part had no video to go with sound
