"Im sure Billy Connoly took piss out disabled a few times"
Why would Billy Connolly take urine out of disabled people?

A joke is a joke. If you want un pc black humour ask a nurse, cpn, health visitor or carer...they have to use humour to retain their own sanity.

Not very funny, not very offensive either.
In a sense, Davidson joked about the Paralympics as opposed to "disabled people", e.g. when it comes to measuring the relative value of sporting success. Perfectly legitimate target for comedy/satire, but tricky to pitch it at the right level.
Davidson's mildly offensive material is rather old school, more patronising than offensive, and in a sense the worst of both worlds. Better go full-blast offensive Frankie-Boyle-style.
