In my day children were far too poor to throw food around playgrounds.
And had they done so - like haul the hated english master`s bike up to
the flagpole, something I must bear some responsibility for - it all ended
the proper way ie a damned good thrashing from the Head. The day CP
ended in schools, so in came the throwing of flapjacks and most other
signs of discipline or respect for others went out the window.
