I completely agree that Oscar Pistorius is a household name, in the way that I and most on here judge it anyhoo.

What I would say when you and others are using his specific achievements to lambast Max, is that apart from London 2012 and Beijing 2008, I hadn't heard of any of his other race acheivements.

And I think if truth be told, not many, if any, on here had either. You'd have to be a pretty avid fan to know all of what you've just listed and I was practically glued to the Paralympics last year.
Google's great isn't it.

I would say he's been a 'proper' household name for me, since the lead up to Beijing and beyond. And he sure as shit is now, whether he wants to be or not.

I'm not normally so foul-mouthed, but discussing anything with Max is like talking to wooden post.......a very thick wooden post.

He seems to take a stupid, illogical view on something and refuses to see sense when it's repeatedly explained and staring him in the face. He couldn't make his way out of a lift if he had four guesses.

Sam, mentioned on another post that I think he is a WUM. I find it impossible to believe he is for real!

My lawyer friend is convinced that the guy will be flown out of SA to somewhere that he can carry on with his life. His defence team fought tooth and nail to obtain bail. Being charged with murder isn't a bailable offence. So, just because he was frightened of jail shouldn't be a reason to be granted bail. The authorities obviously want him to fuck off or they wouldn't have bailed him, would they?
If he does fuck off and I was that girls dad I'd send a hit team after the bastard to find him and waste him.

He'll probably end up here then, asylum and 'uman rights and all that shit protecting him. Better set aside a council house, (a good one mind, we can't have foreign crims living in bad areas) and reserve some welfare for him.

Or he could just pop into the Ecuadorian embassy in SA, live there.

We have need of you again, great king.
