If the accusation was untrue and clearly Admin deleted the thread, then obviously it does not paint him in an unfavourable light.

Perhaps he was pissed off by the accusation and just decided I don't need this. Fair enough.

Personally I miss his posts which could be very funny. Obviously I didn't agree with a lot of his views but hey that is the internet. So what?

I'm with you. I've no doubt David took the opportunity to remind us of Jim's little 'run-in', shall we say, because it was something negative...........but if the roles were reversed Jim would have done the same and you know it.

No. An accusation is only negative if it is proven. If it is not proven, it reflects more on the accuser than the accused.

Having said that I do not deny leaping to assumptions about accusations when Tory or Lib Dem politicians are involved!

However in this particular case of Jimbo, I state that I have no idea whatsoever if the accusation was true or not and suggest that since Admin deleted the thread, it would suggest that it wasn't. I find it hard to believe that the thread would have been deleted if Admin had ip evidence for example.

I could have ignored Max's question about why Jim wasn't posting on here or given the standard answer - he is shagging babes, but:

1. Jim shagged loads of babes last year and it didn't seem to stop him posting.

2. There appears to be a chronological connection between the original accusation and Jim no longer posting here.

3. Either way it is a shame - no posts of pictures of Stalin et.c to illustrate Jim's take on my political views.
