What SAUCE do you use with.......

I know its all down to personal taste but traditionally I like Old English Mustard with my roast beef, I enjoy an Applesauce with roast pork, always have Cranberry sauce with chicken and turkey, who would eat lamb without a spoonful of Mint sauce and finally Tarter sauce is always enjoyed with my fish and chips.

And so my question is, "what type of sauce do you use with horsemeat"?

Could it be Horseradish or even Lemon grass.

Whats your opinion, best guesses please.

Horse meats good for you. The great british public have been scoffing it for over 30 years. Why the big deal now?

Pickled sea horse. It provides a delightful piquant flavour to the dish to complement the meaty taste.

Dont have any of those,dont like most of these you mention.
I dont even have salt, pepper,vinegar extra on food.
