Yes. Every place has one Government in charge of it, not two. The reference by the Whitehall administration to a Scottish Government and a UK Government I find baffling. Scotland has an Assembly, referred to (for political reasons) by Salmond & co as 'the Scottish Government'. For some reason this has now become a term the Westmintster lot have officially adopted too. I salute Salmond for the huge achievement this has been.

I saw in the newspaper that there are 14,000 (yes, fourteen thousand) treaties, agreements and so on that Scotland will have to reapply for if it leaves Britain. Alex and co will have a lot of work to do (it won't happen anyway).
