I love Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlett and still have some of the toys. RIP.

A great chunk of a lot of people's childhood memories were thanks to this man.

I suppose as a somewhat testament to his work I still remember watching the coverage of the September 11th attack live and as the twin towers were in flames I was thinking that thunderbirds 1&2 would be seen sweeping In as the whole event seemed so unreal due to what happened.
