Well when the internet snooping measures are pushed through (with scandalously little opposition from Labour) I suppose GCHQ will need lots of new people to spy on us.

I take anything that jug eared twatt has to say with a pinch of salt. He's showing about the same uselessness in his present job as he did when he was the party leader which is fucking useless.
