For the big screen impact its better than The Odeon Leicester Square and marginally cheaper too. I paid ?22 for dress circle seats but its about ?17 or ?18 in IMAX
I dont mind spending this kind of money for excellent presentation and it was a far more immersive experience in IMAX

Thanks for that, I am hoping to be in London before Christmas and although I too like Odeon Leicester Square, I think this time I will try the BFI IMAX for Skyfall.
Last time I was at Leicester Square it was for a 70mm screening of, don't laugh, Titanic, along with the Compton organ.
I thought that since then, the auditorium and screen size had been reduced, but had just read that it seems to have retained a large screen along with the organ.
