I don't remember any mines around that part of Wales when I was stationed there. I think that she went into the Dovey River, which is a fast flowing river and will eventually be found out in the Irish Sea, somewhere. The Bridger fella is keeping schtum, I think, because there is no "body" and until there is the gendarmes have no evidence against him.
I must admit though, he is "one dodgy looking geezer"
A young white girl is missing!

It is a common fallacy to believe that you have to have a body to convict someone of murder as James Camb discovered in 1947 as did Acid Bath Haigh two years later.

There are a number of slate quarries, mines and mineshafts in the area going back to the 19th century.
Specialist teams have been searching them.

The OP's intentions in posting this message are not too well-defined in my opinion.
Say what you want about the media but in this case, the accused was heavily suspected for reasons that have not yet been made public. This is a hugely different scenario to that of, for example, the Joanna Yeates/Christopher Jefferies shambles.
I am not attempting to defend the media but in the case of April Jones, there are numerous posited explanations for releasing Mark Bridger's details so readily, not least of those being the extreme urgency (hope) at the time, of finding the child alive still.
One must hope that the merits of doing so before a sure conviction was made in the case of Bridger were carefully weighed, accounting for the tremendous effects a wrongful identification would have next to those of being almost completely (if not totally beyond all doubt) certain that Bridger was guilty, and the need to act as quickly as possible to potentially save April's life.
All of the above said, the theme of the OP is in very poor taste and could have been expressed far more eloquently and reasonably, I think. The rapid degeneration of the message into utter farce ("master race"; the notion of a fear of all men as being potential paedophiles) does nothing to further the cause of the poster.
Just my thoughts. I write them under the assumption that the OP does not have access to sensitive information that has confirmed that the reasons for identifying Bridger at the time of doing so have been proved to be incorrect.
Personally I would be equally distressed in learning of the abduction of any innocent being. The message conveyed by the OP here as I interpret it is that not only are the media guilty of ignoring similar cases of crime on account of race issues - of which I am not convinced - but also that the community and extended volunteers who united to try to find April were singularly judged as a whole to not care about other ethnicities (?)
The latter notion is not fit for consumption, basically.

You're getting confused.
1) No he didn't. Spilsbury committed suicide in December 1947.
2) I didn't say that no body parts were found in the case of Acid Bath Haigh. I said that he believed that nothing remained of Mrs Durand-Deacon and therefore murder could not be proved. In fact, Keith Simpson found among the sludge three gallstones.

Re: Rodders
My mistake, Simpson not Spillsbury. Wasn't aware about him topping himself though.
