I see that approx half the scum from the riots one year ago have re-
offended for a bunch of other crimes including rape, robbery and
violence.
It seems to show a hardcore class of persistent offenders, a criminal scum
if you like....
But as we all consider you, Mr Johnson, as the voice of political
correctness on this website and assume you might have some "cultural
understanding" of these poor, down-trodden and misunderstood young
people, I would like your comment that half have been up before judges
yet again.

Well, obviously jail sentences don't seem to always work too well, do they?
But given that reoffending rates are 70% in many UK jails, this is hardly a surprise is it?

Yes, these young folks were merely crying out against Tory cuts and the destruction down to the last brick of the NHS! Don't you see that it was Tory shop keepers who were breaking their own shop windows and forcing these innocents to remove plasmas and mobile phones so they could claim massive insurance payouts?
How typical of Tory judges to give these young scamps custodial sentences in our brutal prison system, a system THAT DOES NOT EVEN ALLOW GIRLS IN AND ALL NIGHT PARTYING, you evil Tory brute, Frank! These poor waifs and strays should have ALL been sent on "gay & lesbian hopscotch collective encounter group team and character building exercises" on a Kenyan safari park for a couple of months follpwed by an all inclusive holiday at Sandals resort, a brochure of which I have been so bold as to leave a link for below.
But of course THANKS TO TORY CUTS these options are NO LONGER AVAILABLE to our poor, hapless youngsters and they must instead face a bleak few weeks in prisons reminiscent of those of Dickens times and what do they come out to??? A world of plenty that they simply cannot afford, yes Frank thanks to the Tories they can no longer have the life style they deserve or the girlfriends they desire, is it no surprise then that they steal and rape????"
