Don't start me on the removal of objects from blokes bums! When I was a teen, I used to attend operations, as a dogsbody, at New Charing Cross hospital in London and the number of objects removed from blokes bottoms was breathtaking! I seem to recall oranges and the worst of all was a light bulb! The hospital at the time was the centre for sex changes and I recall being chased around the hospital by a ex-brickie sex change patient in bright red hot pants! Imagine Rab C Nesbitt from Eastenders in heels and you'll get my drift........in the end security managed to restrain him from attacking the young male staff and he was quite rightly ejected from the building, shouting, "I'll be back!"

No I am afraid it is all true, the only made up bit is about "Security" since in those days, patients didn't beat up the staff, so we had no such thing! So in reality the Tranny just ran away!..........after hiding in the boiler room for a week and roaming the corridors by night!
