At the risk of sounding like a pretentious and elitist middle-class twat/snob, may I suggest that you now go away and familiarise yourself with the concept of irony when employed as a rhetorical device.

I suspect that what we have here is a subject with a hormone imbalance, which is a common cause of excessive aggression. It could be a progesterone deficiency, or maybe an excess of adrenalin. Hard to tell without running the appropriate tests.

Ta chi might also be beneficial as a stop-gap remedy.
