SCOTTISH HISTORY QUESTION

Post by Charfan »

Just a small one, are there any big "internal" battles that happened in Scotlands's history, i.e Scot vs Scot. (and I don't mean football)

There's a list of battles here:

but there's so much, but it seems to be Scot v Brit most of the time. But if there WAS an internal battle, let me know and if you know and I'll google it from there.

Thanks.

There was the massacre of Glencoe, where the Campbells murdered a shed load of MacDonalds.

Not really a battle, as the Campbells had sought shelter with the MacDonalds for a while and then after a couple of weeks, the Campbells turned on them in the wee hours. Cowardly fucks.

Like I said, a massacre more than a battle but it was jock on jock.

Culloden. Most people think is was English vs Scots but it was more of English and Scot vs Highland Teucter

Bukkake shots where you are with a few other guys...is fucking gay.

In fact, about pulling trains with a woman...you wanna have sex with other guys and mix your sperm with theirs...you're just using a woman as a conduit.

You're quite right about Culloden.

I think a lot of the battles where there was English & Scot versus Scot, was a chance for long time, family feud, score settling for the Scots involved.

When we were serving with a Scots Regt a friend of mine would always let them know about Culloden if he got in and argument with them in the Cpls Mess by shouting "Remember Culloden you bastards" !! It never endeared him to them.
