There you go, self, self self.

What about sausage rolls? Don't they matter just because you don't eat them. People like you disgust me.

You should be campaigning for all pastry encased savoury foodstuffs, instead of pushing your single issue, self interest agenda.

We have need of you again, great king.

Liz, apparently it's to "remove anomalies" in the VAT system and to "simplify" it.

Bollocks.

Funny isn't it how whenever politicians say they want to "remove anomalies" in or "simplify" the tax system, they always do it by imposing taxes on things that were previously exempt, rather than removing taxes from things that are currently taxed and "remove the anomaly" that way.

Same fucking story every budget day - the rich and the poor gain, while the us poor bastards in the middle (i.e. most people) get royally shafted over a barrel. Doesn't matter which party it is, they're all the fucking same. Bunch of lying, duplicitous, theiving cunts the lot of 'em.

As my accountant is fond of saying, never try looking for fairness, common sense or simplicity in the tax system. And he's right.

I would argue that the humble 'Sausage Roll' is way down the savoury pastry pecking order due to it's make up and composition, it does not carry the same gravitas as the great 'steak slice', the sausage roll is somewhat lacking in savoury goodness and higher end ingredients, however having studied the 'Savoury goods VAT act 2012, I can report that you only pay VAT if the said savoury is above ambient room temperature. So the choice is simple, don't buy your savouries until the very end of the day. They are exempt then, however do as I do and always carry a temperature probe to prove your point.

I overheard some Pensioners in Derby today moaning about the fact they would lose ?85 a year in benefits, I remonstrated with them, and reminded them they were lucky to be alive, they just dribbled, pissed themselves (literally) and walked away in disgust, and they say youth is wasted on the young. It will be a cold day in hell before I help another pensioner under a bus as I normally do.

STEAK SLICES!!! It's alright for you, sitting in your million pound mansion munching on steak slices all day. What about the rest of us? I'm going to have to have another kid in order to meet the rising cost of fags.

You toffs don't know you're born.
