Gotcha Toryboy Jimbo!!!

Post by David Johnson »

Poor Jimbo. I almost felt sorry for you when you start your constant moaning about being badly off e.g. your reply earlier to a forumite complaining about public sector pensions

"Welcome to the party, pal! Your job is to be screwed sensless into poverty, the public sector don't give a flying fuck whether you are dead or alive, as far as they are concerned nothing ever changes for them, they want their final salary pensions and YOU MUST pay for it without complaint!"

but you are just like every other greedy ToryBoy. Dont want to pay a penny in taxes. Scream when you have to pay anything to support the sick and the unemployed. And constantly sickeningly making out that you are really hardup and hard done by.

Yet managing to find ?280 in your poverty stricken state for a pair of headphones.

Try living on ?65 a week to find out what poverty really is, ya numpty.

The Ballad of a Numpty

Post by David Johnson »

To the tune of a Ballad of a Thin Man

You walk into the room
With your IPAD and headphones in your hand
You see somebody naked
And you say, "Who is that man
Must be a subsidised homosexual porn movie paid for by Harriet Harman?"
You try so hard
But you don't understand
Just what you'll say
When you get home to Cheam.

Because something is happening here in this post
But you don't know what it is
Do you, ToryBoy Jimbo?

You raise up your head
And you ask, "Is this where it is ?"
And somebody points to you and says
"It's his"
And you say, "What's mine ? I couldnt even get a London council house free and then flog it for a huge amount. I'm living in poverty"
And somebody else says, "Where what is ?"
And you say, "Oh my God
Am I here all alone ?"

But something is happening here in this thread
But you don't know what it is
Do you, ToryBoy Jimbo?

David - I have missed out on most of this post, not being a geek like
my associate, Mr Slip, who seems to spend his entire existence hopping
on and off planes these days....or missing his last flight call due to the
Bose headphones....
But, as a twice published and soon-to-be thrice published author (those
old fashioned things called books, made of paper, not the oh-so-21st
century kindle crap), may I venture to suggest that you should not give
up your day job to become a poet !! Your verse does not scan well, or
rhyme properly, and it reads like some of that dreadful Marxist verse Red
students were sprouting in Beijing in the Sixties (thats last century when
sensible folk will recall it as Peking).
I much prefer it when you spar with Mr Slip in your usual didactic manner.

You may venture. I have no plans to be a poet.

"Your verse does not scan well"

It is not supposed to.

"or rhyme properly"

It is not supposed to.

"it reads like some of that dreadful Marxist verse Red

Nothing like it. It is largely based on a Bob Dylan stream of consciousness lyric. There is nothing Marxist about calling Jimbo a "Toryboy". That is what he is - a Toryboy.

Is that didactic enough for you, Mr Thring?

The Limits of the Didactic Approach, Mr Thring

Post by David Johnson »

Have you read, Jimbo's post which I respond to?

To use a didactic approach in reply to Jimbo's post is a bit like writing a self help guide to using a potty for a 18 month old. Bit of a waste of time given that Jimbo hasn't got a clue what I am on about and is rambling like a madman.

Re: More news from the "Dog ad Duck."

Post by jimslip »

I have decided that it is more entertaining to write David's posts for him from now on, it will sae alot of time and trouble!

THIS IS HOW WE DO THINGS DOWN THE DOG AND DUCK, TORY BOY JIMBO!

While you and your Tory pals go swanning around t'World on them there flying machines, don't worry 'bout us down at the Dog and Duck, so poor we got to lick the splintered floor of any spilt drops of Best? Why? i hear you ask, Well I'll tell yee why TORY BOY, it's 'cos of TORY CUTS! I can see you all up in sky, putting 2 fingers up to all of us working lads, while you're drinking your Krug on t'way t' Babylon or Barbados or whatever, who knows we're too poor to even set foot outside Dog and Duck!

I sit here in trousers made of sackcloth, tied 'round ankles wit string and my boots 'ave soles made of old car tyres and my coat is made of a big dog wot I killed, emptied out the innards and got inside, just ta keep warm ALL 'COS OF CRUEL TORY CUTS!

Just 2 years ago, I remember it well, living under New Labour, everyone wos reet 'appy then. You know there were so many 'ospital beds that if I wanted a luxury room for a week, I'd just prick finger wit pin and get admitted to top class NHS hospital in intensive care for whole week and get a free tasty bird for the night as well! As for bed and board, straight doon old bennys and it's, "Will that be 4 or 5 star you require sir? Will sir be requiring a Champagne breakfast?" .........That was life under New Labour, they knew how to treat a working man! Not that I was working as such, just resting between jobs like!!

You and your Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones 15's, they're total bollocks, come down t' Dog N Duck and we'll show you what kind of headphones we got to put up wth thanks to TORY CUTS!

Under New Labour we used to get FREE headphones as I recall, now look at what we got under cruel Tories!.......and we got to scrape beans out first before we can use 'em!

ToryBoy Jimslip

Post by David Johnson »

Nothing like me old ToryBoy. And nothing to do with my posts in this thread either. If you want to understand what my comments are about, you only have to ask, you know.

Ah well, it keeps you occupied.......I suppose.

PS. I guess if you want to shut out the outside world so you can concentrate on the poor audio sound that noise cancellation headphones provide, they may have some point. Don't forget the AAA batteries!

PS PS If you want to sell them, I'll give you ?20. They might have their uses when I'm gardening and next door's using their chainsaw.
