Thank you for your latest email, me and my family are getting nearer to becoming millionaires and we are excited. The houses, cars, hang-gliders and pony farm are on their way to us, and we are very much looking forward to it. All the years we have spent stuggling financially. Now we will not have to worry as we will have millions of pounds in the bank!

I still need some details about the tax situation. I have discovered that ANY inheritance that is large is subject to tax, whether someone lives in Holland or America. As we are joint Dutch-American nationals, we will be subject to tax on the money we are due. I mentioned to you before that we intend putting the money in a subsiduary of a Caymen Islands owned bank that is located in Mexico. Will a Dutch-American using a Mexican bank that has its parent bank in the Caymen Islands be subejcted to the full tax that a Dutch or American citizen would normally pay of a large inheritance - or will this arrangement minimise it all? Please advise me on the specifics of a Dutch-American doing this with a Mexican bank owned in the Caymen Islands.

I am sorry to hear Ali Hassan Ali that your relative and next-of-kin Jerome N. Snaga died in a plane crash. It is sad also that numerous relatives of mine also died in a seperate plane crash. Were the two plane crashes near each other? Where are the locations of the plane crashes? I ask this because when we get our millions we may visit the site of where all our relatives were killed, and also to see where Jerome N. Snaga was killed. In your reply, please let me know the locations of where the two planes crashed.

Please answer all these points. I look forward to your detailed reply.

This one is very interesting. I got it this morning, in reply to the ones I've sent him. Two very interesting quotes from it:

This guy is a real tool! I will think of something to send back to him to waste even more of this scammer's time!

Sorry for not replying sooner. I have been busy, me and the family are planning what we are going to do with all the money we are going to get! We have already looked at cars, houses, and a pony farm to buy! All we need now is the money and we can proceed.

I still need more information about the tax inplications. Some questions that I need specific answers to:

1.. As Dutch American nationals depositing money in a Mexican bank, that has its parent bank in Cayman Islands, what does that mean for the take give on the millions we are due to inherit? What precentage would we pay? Someone I know said it might be 33% of the inheritance, someone else said we might pay as little as 9%. I need to know the exact percentage. There will definately be something to pay.

2.. On the pony farm that we intend buying for our daughter, we intend building a large duck pond on the farm. We have visited the farm we intend buying. Can we claim tax back on such an expenditure? This could be written-off as an 'exgratia payment' surely? Please investigate the legal issues and let me know.

3. The Porsche and the Ferrari my son is intending to buy, he might want to put new wheels on the cars at some point in the future - when they wear out. If we have piad tax on the inheritance, surely some can be claimed back on that expenditure at that later date? Due you know what the statute of limitiations is on that, namely the time period for any such reclaims? I need to know this.

4. With some of the money, we may build an extension on our new mansion. Tax paid on the inheritance initially, could we claim some back once it has been properly invested in bricks and morter? Someone I know told me that tax can be calimed back on money that was received as part of an inheritance, that was taxed, because this can be put under the heading of 'home improvements'. Even though it is a home alteration, we should be able to claim tax back. I have heard we could claim it all back, some say we might be able to claim 4% back. do look into this and let me know specific details.

5. I need to know the location of the plane crash where my relatives died. We intend visiting the site.

I need answers, in detail, to all these points. Please list your answers 1-5 in the same why I have listed the questions 1-5.
