"Well, who was it that voted the Tory policies through in Parliament? And who's votes in the election allowed them to do that? "
The above was the question. The answer is yours amongst others.
The people who no longer support the Lib Dems realise they have been shafted and have the guts to admit they were shafted and will not support the Lib Dems as a result.
They realise they have made a mistake. The overwhelming reason given for Lib Dem coalition was:
It was a national economic emergency. In early May the Lib Dems stated that the Tories economic plan was too far, too fast and would trash the economy. The week after they totally changed their view on the key factor facing the coalition government. 20 months later and their pre-election view has been realised - the economy has been trashed.
The majority of Lib Dem voters have realised this and deserted the party.
On the other hand, you, rather than admit you made a terrible error, pathetically state "oh I am not interested in politics"
I am not interested in your faulty, third rate, primary school logic used in a desperate effort to wheedle your way out of your stupidity in voting Lib Dem and then keeping shtum about it for 18 months.
Like I said, truly pathetic.
Praise the Beeb

'Primary school logic' is all that's needed to show you how daft some of your comments are. The country is 'trashed' because of Lib Dem voters. That logic leads us to the conclusion that millions of Iraqi lives have been extinguished due to Labour voters in 2001.
You're not daft, really. I know you don't really believe half the crap that's coming out of your mouth (or fingers to be more accurate). No. All that's important for you is to get me to admit I'm wrong, somehow. You're obsessed with me - utterly obsessed.
And you've still not enlightened me on your thoughts of the Ed vs Trade Unions rift. Do you want the links broken and if so where will you then stand?

You can't answer any of the political points I make so I will leave you to carry on browsing " Logic for Dummies - An Elementary Guide to avoiding questions you can't answer".
You can go back to keeping completely shtum about the political catastrophe that is Nick Clegg and the Lib Dems.

Re: Oh and.....
Bluntly - Brits love to whine and they love from time to time to attack the
BBC. Its part of being British, I suppose.....
But just live abroad for a while. The BBC`s costume drama series, its
superb documentaries, its rib-tickling comedy series and its overall level
of news reporting are the envy of the rest of the world.
Overall it is and always has been the finest broadcasting institution in the
world and the fairest. Just live abroad for a time and you will die to watch
a night of BBC TV. When I moved to the USA for 7 years from 1997 I fully
expected US TV to be bad but I had no idea how bad was bad ! TV over
there, compared to UK, is beyond belief. All praise to one of, if not the
finest, British institutions.

Answer your political points? Where were those, then? Oh, you mean the political points where you want me to either admit I've been hoodwinked by the party I voted for, then when I show I wasn't hoodwinked you change it to wanting me to take responsibility for 'trashing the country'.
This isn't about party politics, it's about your personal obsession with beating me in debate. Politics is just the subject you think is the best way of achieving it and why it's brought up during our other disagreements.
I used your ill-thought-out logic against you and you had no retort.
And I still can't understand why, if you indeed do want to talk politics, you are avoiding the discussion about Ed Milliband and the trade unions. In fact, it's not really a discussion I want, just your personal thoughts.

To summarise:
You are not interested in politics unless you want a go at Number 6 thinking that no-one will respond.
Clearly you have no knowledge of politics as anyone who has had a laugh at your posts knows.
Run along, carry on being "Sheffield's Charlie Sheen" and stop wasting my time. Your mum's probably got your tea ready.

I asked a question and got an answer. I then accepted his answer and thanked him for it. You turned it into a lengthy, personal attack on me. Deny it if you can.

I'd happily accept that you may know more than me on the matter. You certainly spend enough of your spare time on the subject. I can't help but laughing at the above statement again, though. I mean, just reread it would you. All that's left is for you to stick your thumbs in your ears, wiggle your fingers and to stick your tongue out like a mardy-arsed 9 year old girl.

Well that puts me right in my place, David. If only you'd come up with something so witty at the beginning I'd have downed tools immediately and sulked off!
All this abuse; all these invectives, and for what? To have yourself made to look daft by your own logic? Remember Norfolk's advice to Buckingham:
"Be advised;
Heat not a furnace for your foe so hot
That it do singe yourself:"
And you still haven't told me where you stand on Ed vs the Trade Unions. It can't hurt to give me your opinion on it, surely? You're so unreasonable sometimes.
The Great Expectations adaptation was terrible if you have ever read the book, it was nothing like it.
To be fair I think that about a lot of screen adaptations to literary works. Reading a book leaves you with plenty of room to fill in the blanks about the world and characters described to you. Your imagination is almost limitless while a film is constrained by reality, time and budget.
