models that's back out at last minute?

Anyone got any tales of models who were very keen and booked for a hardcore b/g shoot... then backed out at the last minute in the studio??

I ask because I imagine that paperwork has to be completed before the shot starts and if that's all completed could the model say NO after that & at the last moment... and would it be allowed ???

Of course it's allowed. You can't force anyone to do something they don't want to do. If you've paid the model and they've not provided the service you paid them for then you're entitled to get that money back, but that's a different matter.

I do the paperwork at the end, and never pay until everything is done, and never having any contact again with the model will not cause me problems. I learned early on that promises of "I'll send it first thing tomorrow" are seldom kept.

If I did a shoot and it was very good then the girl said no to signing for it I simply would agree and not pay either the guy or the girl.

I would've wasted my time but then, they would've wasted theirs too as I assume they wouldve wanted paying.

If you mean models who book for a shoot suddenly changing their mind? Then that's fine too. You have to want to do it. No sense in being half arsed about it.

That is why I have not one jot of sympathy for girls who come back 10 years later screaming "how much money do you need to make from it?"

Those girls when they get nasty with me can fuck right off! Threats from legal firms and gorilla "gangsta" boyfriends get the same treatment.

I'm waving the consent form in their faces. Suck it up and move on!

Hmm always a toughie - girls forget that ones its on the net its no longer retractable - nothing like finding a porn film out there of your demure new bride especially with the one with the local rugby team

When Ive dont a shoot Ive taken time through email to explain that once its done its done - Ill even say on the day and give them one last chance. once the films done and the paperwork done then its my property. I generally do my own collection and keep that private.

The gangster bf? yep seen that one aswell usually a call to the police sorts that out - if they are being tough with you then chances are that thay have been tough elsewhere and may be of interest to the cops....

The police are useless and ineffective. All they do is take a report and give you a number and spend all their time just doing paperwork. I've seen it!

Twice before in seperate incidents I've been told by the police that I look like I can handle myself/ I'm a big fella etc...Ok then, does that mean they'll look the other way if I hospitalise the guy? I'm telling them that so I dont have to engage in such acts. I actually hate violence

No doubt they'll have 12 officers around and me in a chokehold in seconds flat if I floored some cheeky git but report someone for death threats?

I know one such bloke who has had a history of beating up everyone (man, woman and dog) and kicking down doors. He's only serving a life sentence now for murder.

Seems to me thats when they only ever do anything. Not a big fan of the police at the moment.

There was once a program on tv, documentary about porn not sure if it was Louis Theroux or some Ch4 show but a British amateur actress travelled to America to do porn with Max Hardcore, he shafted her right there in the interview like 5 minutes after he met her before anything was actually agreed, then when she went to do her scene she protested half way thru about how violent he was being, so she quit, the documentary film crew had to step in and speak on her behalf to stop things turning even more ugly.

As far as the police are concerned OEJ is right, they are useless enough coming to the rescue of a victim of a normal threat or assault. can you imagine phoning 999 and saying, "Help! I'm a pornographer and some bird wot I've just filmed shagging 'as changed 'er mind and don't want me to plaster 'er shagging, all over the internet. Anyway her boyfriend is threatening me, but I've said to him it's all legal like 'cos of this bit of paper wot she signed, anywhere can you send a team over to apprehend this thug?"

"Of course sir, I will be dispatching a SWAT team over to you.....................WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER!" !wink!
