Erotica.. my thoughts.

I went to the Erotica on Saturday. Went a bit eraly this time.. There weren't a lot of people.. Not until 4-5pm when more and more people came in.

I was disappointed the way they put the venue. 2 stages on the ground floor. 2 or 3 stages upstairs.
I managed to see Syren Sexton and Angel Long at the Television X stand.
Missed out on seeing Kerry Louise. There was so many people there. I just couldn't budge my way through. It was totally hopeless.

Later, I met Holly McGuire, Charlotte Devaney and Monica Harris. Had pictures done with all them. Bought calendars and photos.

Another thing that was disappointing was the DVD sales. They were going for ?15, which is good. But the selection wasn't that good. I didn't buy any.

Before I went, I managed to talk to Joceline, a tall and artistic model. Didn't get a photo but got her website details.

All-in-all, it wasn't really that good. I felt now if the Erotica event has lost its steam.

I'm afraid you are witnessing the slow, painful and inevitable death of these sort of events. I didn't attend Erotica, but I had the misfortune to attend, "Europes Mega Porn event", Venus which I would decribe as a , "Dead man walking". If it hadn't been for the good company I was with, I would have jumped on the next flight home.

To sum up just how out of date Venus was, there were miserable looking girls actually stomping around wearing macrame catsuits! Now I'm no Gok Wan, but I thought these went out in the late 1980's with Dolly Buster!!

It would have been more exciting going to the "National Association of Undertakers" annual knees-up than attending Venus this year! !laugh!

I long ago stopped going to Erotica, which is nothing more than a giant car boot sale for sex toys.
