"its all new labours fault!
This is right up to a point number 6. In the first 6 months of our Broken Britain, national emergency, you've never had it so bad Tory/Liberal country saving coalition, it is true that waiting times were rising.
That is because the NHS was suffering from the horrendous lack of NHS funds ringfencing that the cruel and heartless Labour government enforced.
However as a result of the efforts of the National Emergency, you've never had it so bad Tory/Lib Dem government to ringfence NHS spending, well, apart from the 20 billion efficiency savings of course, the NHS was saved by the lovable Tories from a fate worse than death.
Alas now, this brave Churchillian government through no fault of its own has been hit by a Euroland crisis which has put us back with our NHS targets ever so slightly.
But never fear Number 6, if your hip starts playing up, please give me a call, I have a little business going where I can get you a hip operation in Uzbekistan for ?3K all in, plus a topless nurse of your choice.
