Just seen the Jessica Alba pics that were hacked from her phone. I cant tell if she is showing off a pregnancy or jokingly flashing a beer belly that seems to be a funny fad these days



My point being is: Whats the big deal? Are we so obsessed with nudity that we find a celebrity tkaing pics of parts of their body so salacious OR is it the media making this a bigger deal than it is just to make news

It does make you wonder if the celebs are in on this directly or indirectly because, who actually takes naked pics of themselves unless they want them to be seen and even if its private who is to say that the person you are sharing it with isn' t going to leak it just because they can

I've heard of motives like reviving an ailing career but the likes of Scarlett Johannson dont need that kind of revival as they are still doing really well but I am finding it a tad boring now when I hear of another celebs nude pics being leaked

I have to admit though I did feel a frisson of excitement with Rhiannas pics.

It does make me think if Max Clifford runs a few of these websites on the side though !happy!

Theres something awry about it all. Especially since producers of porn need documents for the 2257 but these websites flout the pics and make money from them waiting for that take down notice but by then traffic to their site has hit the hundreds of thousands already

I think it is about the brand. Celebrities are brands - brand Beckham, brand Katona etc and their PR companies are looking at lots of different ways of keeping them in the public eye. Years back it was just the likes of Hello, Heat, Vogue etc. etc. Now it's tweeting, viral stuff e.g youtube, pics etc etc.

The 24/7 media world is a voracious animal. Give me more, more, more.

What is funny is so called sexy celebs a la Cam Diaz are so skinny, look average after the photoshop has been switched off and don't have anywhere near as good figures as models like Danni Harwood or Natasha Vale...lap dancers in FYEO or Peppermint Hippo have the finest bodies and are twice as fit as most gym junkies.

The higher their profile the better offers they get for all manner of gigs

Its all calculated as to what,where and when
otherwise the publicists wouldnt be earning their money.

You only have to look at some of the people being used on so called prime time hit TV shows to know their on the show because they guarantee an audience of easily led sheep nothing more.


Wardrobe malfunctions only happen to celebrities while on the red carpet
Its not by mistake

They do it because many of the muppets under 25 are obsessed with them

The 21st centuries most serious addiction I'd label it as because how else could you explain people being ga ga over people just like them who are nothing else but famous for being famous.

Of course...sad thing is we really dont need to see Scarlett naked as shes already paraded on the red carpet/high profile events in various states of undress its an almost like who cares

You need only look at the likes of Jessica Alba

every lead in to one of her films usually comes with a bikini photoshoot for some up market glossy rag followed by "shes naked in the film"

As with the last one they forgot to mention naked and covered up with CGI effects

The fact that shes got 4 razzies for 4 films last year wont stop them using her because nobody goes to see her act like so many of the 20 something female actresses hollywood use

For a world where the Cult of the Celebrity is everything....and the "stars"
themselves need that exposure the way a vampire needs blood, it seems
most likely to me that astute publicity managers can and will use candid
"stolen" mobile phone pix to promote their clients.
There may be exceptions - women, the young kids especially, just love taking
pix of themselves (date any model and you will see what I mean). Ms Alba`s
pregnant shots might have been done harmlessly. Or Rihanna`s to show a
lover or own amusement....but its clear this "trend" is now out of hand. In
the entertainment biz there is no such thing as bad publicity.
