Yep, I remember it, had Lesley Vickerage in it, who I had a bit of a soft spot for at the time. She's probably got old now, though.

It was a great series. I really enjoyed "Spender" around this time also on the BBC and have been desperate to see that again. "Between The Lines" is available on DVD, unfortunately for me "Spender" is not.

Neil Pearson was in George Gently the other week thats what reminded me he outacted Martin Shaw i thought,BTL also had Tony Doyle in it who was always good to watch

First two series were great, the third was junk though

Neil Pearson was extremely good in Between the Lines and no one could have bettered him in Drop the Dead Donkey.
Shame we don't see more of him nowadays.
