I don't think for a second it is real or it wouldve been pulled down but depending on the theme of the site there is the extreme porn bill but no doubt like the ATVOD thing people will ignore it thinking nothing can be done...

Its not whether if this real but what is implied. If its a foreign site then I wouldnt worry to muc as it is out of UK jurisdiction but I can see a payment provider pulling their services if the site it came from is dodgy.
