Lets hear it for rioter alexis bailey
Rioter Alexis Bailey of Battersea is my kind of rioter...er, sorry, twat !
Pleading guilty to theft, he was committed to a Crown Court for
sentencing which in his case will almost certainly mean a prison sentence
and goodbye to his job at a primary school. On leaving Court he tried to
avoid Press photographers by burying his head in a newspaper - and
walked slap bang into a lamp post almost knocking himself unconscious !
I am happy to relate that, adding to Mr Bailey`s humiliation, those police,
Press men and watching public all burst out laughing !

Marvellous. But no doubt he will sue the lamp post using a legal aid solicitor and we will end up paying....

Yeah, but Frank
This guy has acted like a complete dickhead and behaved inexcusably.
He's 31, works at Stockwell primary school as a teaching assistant and looked as if he was doing a bit of late night shopping for hi fi equipment at Richer Sounds.
What gets me is that he works full time, earns ?1000 a month (not sure if this is before or after tax) and pays ?550 a month in rent. You go figure. I don't know how he gets by unless he gets his rent paid by housing benefit. Even then I would have thought it would be a struggle in London.
The Sun has a rather predictable, front page with a title Shop a Moron with CCTV pictures of rioters/looters.
I tell you, Frank, I will know when British society has changed when I see the Sun with a front page entitled, Shop a Corporate Tax Avoider with pictures of people like Philip Green who trousered over a ?1 billion by pulling a tax dodge. Makes an amplifier, a piss in the wind in comparison, eh Frank!
Otherwise it is the same old, same old. It's the rich wot gets the money, it's the poor what takes the rap when they cock up. And it's the terminally confused (many of whom seem to post on this site) who get suckered by the line ignoring the rich corporate thieves and only criticising the hapless, useless, dickheads.
And before Jim Slip pops out of his box, can I just say that the tax avoidance happens just as much under Labour.
Thank you
D

"You are so predictable. Not that fucking idiots fault but corporate bosses".
Can you actually read, Rodders?
Which part of the following sentence do you not understand?
"This guy has acted like a complete dickhead and behaved inexcusably"
If you are struggling, look up "inexcusably" in the dictionary.
Oh never mind, I will do it for you -
Impossible to excuse or justify
Cheers

David Johson you really are a fucking prick.
When Phillip Green, or Tony Blair, or David Beckham or David Cameron is caught smashing windows or starting illegal wars and looting I hope the Sun will put their pictures on the front page calling them scum, but f I know if you were in charge David Beckham would be a young lad who had no future in fron of him.
It is the same paper that put pictures of football hooligans on the front page when they caused trouble abroad.
But I know you live in Guardian land where all is rosy and nothing bad ever happens.

"David Johson you really are a fucking prick."
You are struggling to understand the points I am making aren't you?

What on earth are you on about? The point I am making is that in 90% of the press in this country, the people who get endlessly criticised are the unemployed whether they are scrounging or not, the disabled (more scroungers), chavs etc and now the rioters. I am not defending in any way scroungers and rioters.
What I am pointing out is that this country has billions of pounds stolen from it, far more than the products thieved in the riots, by corporate directors putting profits offshore in tax dodges etyc etc. And in 90% of the newspaper media you never hear a peep about this, mainly because the owners are at it anyway like News International for example.
Got it now?

Charles
Tax avoidance (legal) is tax evasion (illegal) simply because the government hasnt got the loophole closed down i.e. one law for the rich and one for the poor.
Tax avoidance is totally and utterly immoral.
And while we are on the subject there is a huge amount of illegal tax evasion going on which is unpunished.
Cheers
