Apparently the Met have announced that the wonderful British public should be on their guard and report any information they might have about anarchists to the local police.
http://liberalconspiracy.org/2011/07/31 ... he-police/
"Anarchism is a political philosophy which considers the state undesirable, unnecessary, and harmful, and instead promotes a stateless society, or anarchy".
How will the brave, law abiding BGAFD forumites recognise an anarchist, you may ask?
As I am always keen to help PC Plod, here are some examples of how to pick out an anarchist in a crowd:
1. Keeps playing the Sex Pistols "Anarchy in the UK".
2. Wears bondage trousers and Tshirts showing someone picking their nose.
3. People who say, "Why can't we be like Belgium, they haven't had a government for ages?"
4. People who say "I hate all political parties. They are all dishonest". Jimslip, I have my eye on you. It takes just one phone call, remember!
I'm not sure why it is just anarchists. I did report the bloke who lives in no. 37 who supports UKIP, but nothing happened at all!
Anyway, remember get in touch with the local police with any suspicions. You can't be too careful.
Take care now
Cheers

Careful, there are anarchists about
Re: Careful, there are anarchists about
Sounds like the Met are under orders from the biggest buffoon ever to get elected to office,Boris Johnson. Remember him,the man who said the phone hacking saga was ""all cooked up by the labour party"". Juts sounds like the kind of garbage he would spout.

The worrying thing, David is in your case, "Many a true word spoken in jest". I would advise all of those that have disagreed with David in the past, to take note! I suspect he will be compiling a dossier on all dissenters!

Oh no, I won't, Jimbo. Oh yes, you will, David. Oh no, I won't, Jimbo. Oh yes, you will, David. To be continued.
But seriously, what is happening in this country (no political party point being made, honest)? It's as if people who's political philosophies disagree completely with the predominating one in this country i.e. let the feral rich stuff the less well off, are to be reported to the police whether they take the view that Bush and Blair are war criminals or if they believe that we should have no government.
We even had people who walked into Fortnum and Masons to protest at their owners tax dodging and did some country dancing. They got tricked into being arrested and charged with aggravated trespass which can result in a 3 month jail sentence. Until someone actually saw sense and dropped the charges.
Meanwhile ex Labour MP Jim Devine gets released after 4 months of a 16 month sentence for fraudulently producing invoices to snaffle ?9K in expenses.
Bonkers.

In answer to your questions, the Anarchist Federation is something you can join provided you agree with its principles to abolish capitalism and all oppression to create a free and equal world.
http://www.afed.org.uk/
Inherent in creating a free and equal world would be some concept of money transferring from the rich (not us) to the poor (us).
The only obvious downside I can see is that if we get anywhere close to abolishing capitalism, the capitalists in the shape of their current lackey, David Cameron will send in the tanks and incinerate us.
Pity!
