Max Clifford represents that prostitute Imogen. He feels that Ryan has come out of this looking quite rosy and Imogen, even though she has now earned lots of money for the sex she has had with Ryan (TV and newspaper interviews, etc), Max Clifford feels she may be looking a bit like a harlot in all of this. So Max decides to use all his contacts in the print media to put the boot in to Ryan's wider family today. It is all over The Mirror and numerous other papers. She cashed in on it financially. Her star has risen a lot as a result. She has been, rather bizarelly, treated like a popstar or movie actor with the daytime chatshow interviews, magazine features and so on. Her bank account has bulged, for no other reason other than the fact she has slept with someone. She has gone from d-lister to b-lister, and earned lots of money, because of this.
